James assists homeowners, businesses, and municipal organizations, both as a counselor and as a litigator. He looks forward to cultivating his own niche within the practice and working within TTLO Law’s team-centric approach.
James is new to the construction law sphere, having spent the previous 15 years litigating antitrust and securities matters in federal courts throughout the country. He has successfully represented a diverse client base, including individuals, small business owners, pension funds, and institutional investors. Unflinchingly pragmatic, James attributes much of his success to simply being a good listener and working hard to understand each client’s needs and goals.
Outside of the office, James is a marginally successful hunting dog trainer and tournament fisherman but has temporarily given up both so he can focus on the logistics of getting his kids to seemingly every hockey arena, baseball diamond, and soccer field in the metropolitan area.
